Jon was especially a loner this past weekend. He really alienated himself a little. It was pretty obvious that he wanted to be a part of the group, though.

First big move and s.a.'s first groom!
Today was such a hot day!
Steph and Jon and S.A. and I recently moved from Asheville to Savannah and things went kind of nuts for a while, but S.A. and Jon handled it really well. My aunt and uncle let us stay with them for a while, and their back yard was a real treat for S.A. Poor Jon had to live in a garage for a few days but he was a trooper about it!
Poor Jon! The garage was pretty hot during the day, so I took Jon out for a sit in the afternoons once it was cooler. Jon is four this summer and he has been through a few moves in our three years together. Stephanie got S.A. seven months ago and this is the first time we've lived together! Jon had some trouble adjusting at first.
S.A. is getting groomed by a woman called Tina tomorrow. It's his first haircut! It's over at Petsmart. We recently tried some new, fresh looks for him.
We are getting a new kitten soon! A little sister for Jon and S.A.! We're thinking about names, but we are both very bad at making decisions.
S.A. gets his first haircut tomorrow. He will probably be extra extra small when he's done. His groomer's name is Tina. He's getting groomed at Petsmart. I found out today they sell prescription hypoallergenic cat food for cats like Jon that are allergic to cat food. I transferred his prescription from Asheville and when I found out his brand makes hypoallergenic cat treats they added them to the card! So Jon had cat treats for the first time today! He loved loved loved them. I hope to teach him trickss, some of the same tricks S.A. is learning, so they can work up to doing tricks in tandem.
Another cute and interesting thing that happened is I found a male hercules beetle at work the other day. Two years ago I found a female in the same place! They are so green and beautiful. I brought the beetle home and we called him Sherman, but he escaped early this morning. Best of luck to him!
